Add on a beach with volleyball net in the background and create some blurry effects behind me

Use back the first design's reference.
Trying to create a mutant human based on these references.
Sketch out the mutant human's characteristic roughly.
Sketch out the details.
Start adding details and shadows on the body accordingly.
Add on a field with a nuclear power plant as background.
Add on a lot of shadows at the edges of the field, dark smokes coming out from the nuclear plant, dark cloudy sky and lightning to create a doomsday like atmosphere.
